1. How To Enter: The Time Warner Cable The Beatles: Rock Band Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time ( "ET") on November 16, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on January 10, 2010 ( "Sweepstakes Period"). You may enter online at www.twondemand.com/beatlesrockband (the "Website") by completing and submitting the online registration form as prompted. Entries must be complete and received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per household. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the maximum number of entries permitted (whether per day or in total) by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, automated entry services or any other method will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. All Sweepstakes entries must be completed and received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. The Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for the Sweepstakes. Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Time Warner Cable Inc., New York, NY ( "Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
   
   
2. Eligibility:The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of 11/15/09, are Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Road Runner, Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, or WY, and are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents of Sponsor, Road Runner, Bright House Networks, MTV Networks, a Viacom International Inc., Harmonix Promotions and Events Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and each of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
   
   
3. Winner Selection/Odds: The Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 15, 2010, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Grand and First Prize winners will automatically be sent an affidavit package within four to six weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, to the address indicated on their online entry forms.
   
   Prizes:
   
   Three (3) Grand Prizes are available: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to London, England. Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway nearest winner's residence to London, England; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy] for three (3) days and two (2) nights, round trip ground transportation to and from airport in London, three meals (awarded as $400 in gift cards) and a Beatles fan experience that may include but is not limited to, touring the Apple Offices, the London Theater, Abbey Road Studios/Abbey Road crossing, and other famous local Beatles haunts. The total Approximate Retail Value ( "ARV") of each Grand Prize: $7,500, depending on the location of the event and location of winner. Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Grand Prize or any of the above listed components may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, substituted, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor in April or May, 2010, or prize will be forfeited. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on point of departure, dates of travel and any airfare fluctuations and any difference in value will not be awarded. Airline carrier and agent to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Grand Prize winners and respective guests must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken by Grand Prize winners and respective guests together. Once trip dates have been booked, no extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsors sole discretion. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the trip are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must accompany Grand Prize winner on trip as the guest. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. If guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, who must be the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner s and guests are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, etc.). Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation upon airport check-in. Grand Prize winners and/or their guest must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel. The Grand Prize trip restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or winner's travel documents. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets/passes/itinerary/identification, etc. Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, incidentals, and any other expenses associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned as being provided, including but not limited to unspecified ground transportation and/or luggage handling between winner's home and airport, and items not included as part of the winning Grand Prize packages. The following is the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest: travel insurance; room service; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages, unspecified meals; local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. All other expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are Grand Prize winners' sole responsibility. Grand Prizes are non-commissionable and no substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents for the Grand Prizes (or prize component) are permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prize component of equal value for any reason. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. In the event that a prize component becomes unavailable or is not utilized by a Grand Prize winner, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of Grand Prize package will be awarded.
   
   Ten (10) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a Limited Edition Beatles RockBand bundle for Xbox 360. The ARV of each First Prize is $250. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $2,500.
   
   The total combined ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $25,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor (as defined below) who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize becomes unavailable.  The winners will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize awarded.  Each prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States.
   
   
4. General Rules: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, the following reasons: infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor, and Sponsor will have the right to award all Sweepstakes prizes to those entries chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such modification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The Promotion Entities shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the redemption, use or mis-use of any prize. Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify the winners and for prize fulfillment, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless an entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor and/or Road Runner or a third party. Notice to entrants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to an entrant's account, including, local, long distance, 800#, or 888# access charges to connect to Road Runner or any other Internet provider, and/or any usage charges applicable under entrant's pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while an entrant is online in connection with this Sweepstakes, and will be the sole responsibility of such entrant.
   
   
5. The Promotion Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
   
   
6. Release: Grand and First Prize winners (or winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence) (a "minor") will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within ten (10) days of notification before any prize is awarded. If the Grand or First Prize winner (or a minor winner's parent/legal guardian) fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within ten (10) days or if winner is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. If a potential winner is not reachable at the address and/or e-mail address provided and a forwarding address and/or e-mail address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is not received by the potential winner for any reason. Each Grand Prize winner's guest (or winner as parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor) will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Grand and First Prize winners will be required to provide a copy of their recent cable bill to confirm eligibility, along with their affidavit packages. Additional proof of eligibility may also be required, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants (and any minor entrant's parent or legal guardian) agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
   
   
7. Jurisdiction:The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York applicable to promotions fully carried out within New York. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' and/or experts' fees; and winners hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (including attorneys fees), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Each winner acknowledges that no other party nor any agent or attorney of any other party has made any promise, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce the winner to execute any document and winners acknowledge that they have not executed any document in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein. Any waiver by the Sponsor and its affiliates of any term of any document in a particular instance shall not be a waiver of such term for the future. Each winner agrees that the invalidity or enforceability of any part of any document shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remainder of that document.

2. How to Enter: Official Entry Forms will be available at the Rock Band Table at the Time Warner Cable Events listed below ("Event"), while supplies last. Complete the Official Entry Form and deposit entry in the ballot box by the end of the Event. Limit one entry per person per store visit. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
   
   
3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prizes (10 - 1 per Event): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) "The Beatles: Rock Band" Limited Edition Premium Bundle compatible with XBox 360. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $249.99 and is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. In the event the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, prizes will not be awarded. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable.
